Members of this ministy communicate the voice of the congregational body at Rocky Ridge to the hearing body of the Franconia Conference, as well as reporting back to the congregation actions taken by the conference. This is for the purpose of having input into the decisions of the Conference body, which may affect the decision-making process of the entire worldwide denomination. Members of this ministry attend the fall Conference Assembly and any special assemblies that may be convened. Team members must be covenant members at Rocky Ridge.  There is one delegate per 100 members to represent Rocky Ridge.     This ministry purpose is to have a personal link from the membership of Rocky Ridge Mennonite Church to the Franconia Conference, ( Mennonite Church U.S.A. ) this officially ties us to the worldwide denomination. The official document that ties the congregation to the worldwide denomination is known as the “Mennonite Confession of Faith”.
